Gerald Seitz, 71, was arrested around 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, after Westport Police officers responded to a complaint of a disturbance involving physical violence, said the Westport Police Department.
When officers arrived on the scene, they learned that Seitz had allegedly been involved in an altercation with the juvenile on two occasions including one on Friday, Oct. 11, police said.
Seitz denied the incidents becoming "physical," but following an investigation and the victims' statement, he was arrested and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.
He was released after posting a $2,000 bond.
